guidelines and policy before ordering!
Luirette Retail is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and
we DO NOT guarantee delivery dates. If you have any questions, or would like
to verify an estimated delivery time, please
e-mail us.
At this time, we can only ship within the United States.
NOTE: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
At this time, Luirette Retail cannot ship to a P.O. box because
of UPS's delivery policy.
- Costumes are special order and may take up to
additional 10 days before shipping.
- Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day orders ship
within 1 business day (Mon.-Fri.).
Please allow 2 business days for Next Day, 3 business days for 2nd day
and 4 business days for 3 Day.
- Standard Ground orders ship within 4 business days
(Mon.-Fri.). Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
- Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must use the special
shipping option provided at checkout. Allow at least 4 business days for
delivery.

Canceling an Order
We may not be able to cancel your order. Please
contact us IMMEDIATELY using the form at the end of this page. Order batches are
processed at varying times throughout the day and it is impossible to estimate
the time-frame in which you can still cancel an order. If your order has been
processed, we cannot cancel it and it must be returned instead. Please see our
return policy below.

Stopping payment or attempting to use a chargeback or refusal of delivery to
cancel an order may result in additional fees and payment of damages incurred by
Luirette Retail. Please notify us FIRST using the form at the end of this page,
and we will do our best to help you.
Out-of-Stock Items & Pre-orders
We always try our best to keep all customers informed of
shipping delays and out-of-stock issues immediately. Items that are not
available for shipping within 3 days will be notified and the item will be
cancelled from the order.
